Our Services/Affiliates
Commercial: We have experience in a vast variety of commercial surveying. Be it an office building, strip mall or apartments, we can do it. Estimates are free of charge.
Mortgage: Buying, selling or refinancing, we can provide a proper survey at a reasonable price. Did we mention that we will deliver it for you as well? Call for an estimate!
Tree Locations: Trees are a very important part of any building plan. Don't waste precious natural resources! Use a tree location survey to locate your building site. Save your trees!
Topographic: Having doubts about drainage problems on your property? Want to know how much fill is needed to level a low spot on your lot? Want to make sure your new home isn't built in the middle of a drainage area? We can help!
Form Survey: For our home builders, we offer a three-part survey. This includes an initial lot stakeout, form survey, and a final survey when the house is completed. At a reasonable extra charge, Survey Associates will also locate your house on the lot. The low charge for this service will save moving batter boards, or worse if your house is set in the wrong place.
Lot Stakeout/Boundary Survey: Building a fence? Want to know where your property begins and ends? Is your neighbor building a fence that appears to be on your property? Are you selling or purchasing commercial real estate where the price is determined by square footage? Are you building a new home and want to locate the house on the lot within the setback and easement lines? Survey Associates can take care of all of these issues and more! Call for an estimate.
Subdivision Platting and Staking: With the resources available to Survey Associates, replatting and revisions to plats are a part of our many services. Call for details.
